Important terms and conditions to follow before and after ordering :

1) Everyday we receive more than 500 orders and we are working really hard to dispatch all the orders at the earliest possible .As you know , our products are minimum 20% lesser than wholesale price . Due to huge number of orders , it takes Upto 10-15 days (in some cases ) to ship an orders . 

Kindly place your order only if you agree with the above terms . 

We don’t issue any refunds in any case but promise to give the best products at lowest prices possible .

2) We need a CLEAR 360 degree opening video in case of any claims such as missing or defective products received. All the orders are shipped only after 3 stages of quality checks . There are no chances of any defects or missing items in any order. Hence , we accept any claims only with a clear opening video .The video must be taken right before opening the parcel in all directions clearly And slowly and till the end .Each and every product in the video has to be clearly recorded continuously and the inside of the empty package also has to be recorded continuously (right from the beginning) .Any claims can be done only if the above steps are followed .

3) We strictly do not entertain any refunds in any case . Returns are accepted in case of size issues BUT THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENTS. The parcel has to be returned to our address only after our approval. Shipping charges has to be paid by customer only . Once the parcel reaches us , we will ensure if the product is in the same condition as we shipped ,We send the replacement product as per customers choice but pls remember that this ship charge has to be paid by customer only .Sizes are clearly mentioned in the website . But , if in doubt pls get a clarification from us before ordering . This would prevent a lot of hassles to us as well as our valuable customers.
